I have been an entrepreneur my entire adult life. I know what it feels like to have a business that is working but not working as well as it should. I also know what it feels like to suddenly see the thing you were missing and watch everything change because of it. That moment is what I help women get to faster.
I have built and scaled multiple revenue streams inside The Female Entrepreneur Community, including one of the first promotional membership models inside a Facebook group anywhere. I have helped thousands of women in my community figure out how to make real money from what they have already built. Spotting the gap between what someone has and what they could be generating from it is the thing I do better than anything else.
I am also deep in AI and have been for the past year. I know what it actually does, where it saves time, where it creates leverage, and how to apply it in a way that makes sense for the kind of business most women in my world are running.

The Experience
Five days of focused work inside one of the most beautiful places on earth.
The work is real and the pace is intentional. Every morning starts with a beach walk or breathwork before the sessions begin. Sonia, the villa's private chef, prepares three meals a day so the only thing on your plate is the work in the room. One evening we go out for dinner in town together. On Day 4 we close the week with a ceremony at sunset before everyone flies home. This is not a conference schedule packed wall to wall. There is space built in to think, to decompress and to actually absorb what you are building.
The Villa
Playa Carrillo
A private oceanfront villa on a quiet, gated street in Playa Carrillo, one of the most beautiful and unspoiled stretches of Pacific coastline in Costa Rica. There is an infinity pool that looks straight out at the water. A covered terrace where the best conversations happen. A white sand beach a short walk away. And a private chef in the kitchen taking care of every meal so the only thing you have to do is show up and do the work. The only people on this property for the entire week are the women in the room.
